The generosity and compassion of Lam employees reached even more communities in 2019 as offices around the world participated in giving and volunteer programs to help those in need. In the annual tradition of our Deliver Joy campaigns, the Lam Core Values were in full effect as employees gave time and money to benefit organizations supporting children, families, animals, and the environment.
Across Asia, employees gathered in small and large groups to support their communities. In addition to building gingerbread houses and providing gift boxes to children, some teams also donated books and backpacks of school supplies to students. A food drive and wish tags were also fulfilled for children and families in need.
Throughout Europe and the Middle East, many programs were set up throughout the season and as a corporate Good Deeds Day to provide food, financial support, and gifts to local causes as well as supporting health care providers who tend to ailing children.
In North America, employees hosted food, book, toy, furniture, and coat drives for local agencies, as well as preparing meals and hygiene kits for those less fortunate in our communities. There was even a group of employees who spent the day removing ivy from trees to ensure they continued to thrive.
