Eleven extraordinary graduating high school seniors were awarded Lam’s 2018 Core Values Scholarship. Students selected for this scholarship were chosen by Lam Research representatives and local leaders for maintaining an outstanding academic record, exhibiting leadership and community involvement, and demonstrating Lam’s Core Values – which include achievement, honesty and integrity, innovation and continuous improvement, mutual trust and respect, open communication, ownership and accountability, and teamwork.
Since 2003, the Lam Foundation, our charitable giving foundation, has awarded scholarships to students in Fremont, California; Livermore, California; Hillsboro, Oregon; Tigard, Oregon; and Tualatin, Oregon – areas in which we maintain headquarters and manufacturing facilities. Now in its 15th consecutive year, the Lam Foundation has provided more than $100,000 in scholarships to 100 students.
